All of our products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Gifts for Pet Lovers couriers all shipments with NZ Post to provide our customers with the best available service. Orders are shipped and delivered Monday through Friday. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a Shipping and Confirmation email from us. We will include the Tracking number so that you may track your order.

Damaged Goods
We take all care possible to correctly package your products and all items are quality checked before shipping. If you find your item broken or damaged you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by either emailing us on info@giftsforpetlovers.co.nz or call us on 07 853 5919. We will arrange to have the item picked up and replaced at no cost to you. Please include all inner packaging and your receipt.
Faulty Goods
If you have received a faulty item please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by either emailing us on info@giftsforpetlovers.co.nz or call us on 021 656167 and we will arrange to have the item picked up, replaced, or refunded at no cost to you. If you choose to receive a refund we will also refund your original delivery cost.

We know it is sometimes hard to choose from a picture or description of an item so if you receive something and are not happy with it, simply return it to us for a 100% refund - excluding any delivery costs.
